Ai Weiwei exhibit at Galleria Continua in Italy
At the Galleria Continua in Italy, Ai Weiwei showcases what one can do with a staggering number of LEGO bricks (and an army of assistants).
His 'Neither Nor' exhibition uses these bricks to transform historical artworks into modern mosaics, bringing a fresh perspective to familiar scenes. These pieces invite viewers to see cultural stories in a new light, through a fun and surprising medium.
Sidenote: Speaking of a big number of Lego bricks, our Bricklink store brick-count is currently at 1,412,129. ↳Visit us if you need supplies!
